Ron and Jordon are great they have the best customer service went to the redding Dana Drive location by the mall and I will say it was the worst customer service I received in a long time, If you live in redding go to the westside road location they know how to treat there customers and out do the other store with there service x10, they let you know that they appreciate you.

A great experience for me, the two very attractive women in the store helped me find a charger for my Galaxy S8+, the phone with the strange charger. They helped me find it promptly and gave excellent customer service. Whoever owns this MetroPCS store should give those two women a raise. My first good service from a cellphone provider since I Ieft the Bay Area. Keep up the good work. :-)

Been with Metro 5+ yrs & had my worst experience at this location with the most unprofessional, unknowledgeable phone rep I've ever encountered. "Jordan" interrupted rudely my very first sentence and talked over me with "I can't help you" abruptly. She was intent on not helping me and her 2 months of knowledge was very apparant. She knew much less than I. Nothing less than total incompetence and extremely poor customer service. What kind of manager allows someone like that to man his store in his absence? I question both? I went to the District office and received very good service & resolved my issues.

Yes you can, but you have to pay a extra "Convenience Fee". If you have a credit or debit card it is cheaper to do it through your phone
