You never open on time. It’s 10:30am and you open at 10am and the lights are on but the doors are locked. We have been watching people getting upset that your closed. This is the 4th time this has happened and still going on. Find employees that actually show up to work or that don’t hide. It’s getting very annoying.

The only thing good is nothing. Really a 0 no star .just the manager Mario.,..he had bent over backwards, above and beyond...as we all had to jump through hoops (that were not there) and b.s. to boot Nothing like spending 2 1/2 hrs with a phone that was defective and under manufacter warranty 2 weeks into it..we sent phone to them and still got the run around. And another 2 hrs. ...still No phone yet. Communication to whom ever is above retail store is the worst. I feel for management that represents crickett Its poor, and an embarrassment to hard working employees.

Mario is the new store manager here and I have to say he was absolutely wonderful. He spent a lot of time explaining to us the details of switching our service over and gave us a great deal. I definitely recommend this store for anyone looking at switching service or getting new service.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Cricket Wireless, I switched over from AT&T with no regrets. I get a good signal and reception just about anywhere. I see no validation for complaints on here, go back to your overpriced providers if you do not like Cricket and like wasting money.
