Worst experience ever! Do not go here for anything. I rather sign up with At&t after being with Verizon for over 6 years. This location deserves negative stars....unfortunately I can never recover my lost time because of this location..

I dislike the attitude of the employees. The vibe I get is as though I am there for them when in fact, I am there for the top-of-the-line cell phone coverage the company they work for provides. If Verizon ever decides to offer self check-out options for their in-store locations, I would take that option every time.

After nearly 20 years, I have left Verizon. This was largely due to declining service over the last few years combined with high prices. What solidified my decision to leave was an in-person visit to this location (actually, two). The service at this location on 4/25 by Cameron was downright disrespectful. For whatever reason, though my appointment had been confirmed by Verizon online, they could not find me in the system when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Instead of trying to help the situation and find a solution, Cameron was incredibly brash with me and in no way tried to actually help. After going back and forth and feeling like I was arguing with a stubborn teenager, things were getting nowhere, so I left. As I was walking out the door I turned to say something ... just in time to see Cameron rolling his eyes motioning to me and laughing to the next person in line. Laughing at your unfortunate client's expense: how classless. A few days later, while waiting for my new SIM card from my new company to arrive, I called Verizon to inquire why my bill was suddenly so high after being the same amount for years. Come to find out the Verizon representative I had worked with at this location on 4/15, who handled my phone inside the store, signed me up for and added a new service into my add-on's! Without my knowledge or consent (can you say illegal?!) She even prorated me, and then pre-billed me for an entire month of said unauthorized service. It was like pulling teeth to get that surprise, illegitimate service removed from my bill, and when I finally got my new cell company in place a few days following that experience, Verizon had a port-blocker on my number (on a phone that had been owned outright for four years). It took 3 phone calls, multiple agents, and 4 hours to get my number moved over. My new company said Verizon was notorious for "playing games" with people trying to leave their service at the end like that. Buyer BEWARE. If you allow a Verizon agent to handle your phone in the store, check your add-on's and your bill immediately! Now that I see how they treat their long-time customers, I wish I would have left much sooner. I gave them chance after chance for what? To be treated like trash at the end. Their service used to be stellar. Now it stinks. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Verizon's coverage in my area has been diminishing for quite some time, dropped calls & weak to no signals where very common. I contacted customer service and they suggested I upgrade my phone to a 5G device, I responded that Verizon's coverage map doesn't show 5G coverage anywhere close to my area. Customer service wasn't able to satisfy my expectations so I switched to Google Fi and had no coverage in my area. I contacted Verizon's customer service within 24 hours to switch back, but problems with account access required me to visit this store. When I arrived I explained my situation to the first employee, he said they couldn't sign me back up. He then asked other members in the shop who all agreed they couldn't switch me back. I didn't wish to go home without having this resolved, I went over to Costco and signed up with TMOBILE, now my 4G LTE signal is significantly stronger and there is occasional 5G reception at a much lower price. This Verizon store really deserves 1 star because they really didn't wish to be an extension of Verizon's customer service team, but, I gave them 2 star's because they ultimately did me a favor.

I would suggest calling the store to find the answer to your question. I 'm not an employee of the store so I can't really answer your question. However, it's a very friendly store and if they don't have the watch you want in their store, I'm sure they could get the watch for you to see quickly. Good luck to you. 🙂
