No I just walked in and out within 20 minutes actually surprising!!!
The store personell are always friendly and helpful but verison is definitely going to be expensive and will always find new ways to add costs to your bill. The high command needs an overhaul and i think that im going to change carriers soon because with the new unwanted apps and cloud storage cost increase over 100 a month is insane

Definitely needed but not sure if they have appts. Its crowded noisy parking is a pain . They are more into sales than HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It might help. Most people just show up and wait for them to call your name. It might take 15-30 minutes or longer
