They give you a map showing where the vehicles are that you are picking parts off of.... All the rows of cars are now numbered... No more walking around the whole yard 3 or 4 times with your tool box looking for what you need!!!! Awesome!!! That there saves you a lot time... Good prices too! I got an A/C / heater blower moter and a radio/cd player for my Camry both for under $30.00 +30 day warranty..

It can be sort of frustrating going in and finding out how things work. Just understand a lot of customers aren't in the best mood. Just be cool. If you talk to these guys with some respect and decency they will take care of you. The job takes awhile.

I was there a few days ago and they had moved a bunch of cars to the crusher as we as putting new cars in their place. I would suggest that when you walk into the building and where you have to pay your 2 bucks to get in you should ask the clerk if they can give you a printout of all of the vehicles that have what you need. And just walk down the rows of cars until you find what you're looking for.
It will have a "Salvage Title" but yes, they sell used cars.

Only when they get one in and it's kind of rare . if you're in Redding,ca you can go to Cycle Salvage you can get all the used parts you need you can Google their number.
It doesn't really matter what the phone number is you never get through they want you to go there. The only way you get through is if you call the line to sell your car. You'll never get through to the yard to ask about Parts it's just the way it's set up . it's been that way for years.

It's always best to have a professional do windshields cuz they cracked so easy. ... but if you're going to try it yourself make sure they have the proper tools or you're guaranteed a disaster...
