THE ENSIGNS CHAIR

This is the most poorly managed TA service center I've ever dealt with. Every time I come here it's a 5+ hour wait to get an oil change and PM. This time I checked in at 5pm and was told it would be 7 hours. Since it would be late before they got to me I went to bed. Woke up at 5am, still hadn't been called in. Went in to to see how much longer it would be and was told I wasn't even put on the list. This is the last time I waste my time at this place! I'll go down the road to Loves from now on!

Hadn't even put truck in park and was harrased by very agressive beggar. Moved to reserved parking and was hit up again by another. There is security but it seems to depend on who's working. Morning security lady was running them off but they are like rabbits and seems to multiply. Restaurant meal was excellent. Bathroom and showers are clean.

The restaurant was very good. The restaurant created a few new menu items that I thought were very good. Store is clean. Exterior is another story. To many homeless and addicts knocking on doors of trucks for money. I asked them about this problem. I was told they only walk them to the edge of the property if they catch them. Wow, really looking out for the driver. Lol

Showed up to sit down and eat At the country pride at 8 pm on a Friday night. Closed. If you are going to change your hours, you should change your website to say close when ever we feel like it. Customer service is garbage these days. On a good note, they did have windshield washer fluid.
