They tried to force my daughter into joining the loyalty program, then made fun of her for coming to get me (we’ve told her not to give info out), literally had to go in bc bullying young ppl is a thing at this store apparently. Lame - we’ll shop somewhere else.

I’m not sure if the staff passive aggressively and deliberately moves slow but when there are three people standing on the register and nothing is moving and there are 11 people behind me waiting and we all agree that it’s this way every single time we all visit there is definitely a problem with the management of the store. The push for credit cards and having credit card applications during a busy noon time on Saturday is also a counterproductive practice. I wish companies would put more focus on Customer Service instead of getting people to apply for their credit cards. In the rush to get out after waiting for over 10 minutes with several people in front after a cashier or even left to go out to her car in between clients… Yes that happened I ran out of there so fast I didn’t even have my coupon applied. I think I’m going to take my chances with online ordering instead of dealing with unfriendly staff and managements disrespect of customers time.

Friendly customer service, fast and efficient pickup at this location. I have been able to run in and pick up my online order in no more than 5 minutes. I have never had to wait. The store staff is super helpful, and eager to help.

If I could give no stars I would! I am a diamond customer and have used the salon and online scheduling on multiple occasions. I had made an appointment at the south valley location for my daughter to get her hair cut. They unexpectedly canceled this morning. My 7 year old daughter had been looking forward to getting her hair cut. I went on to the online scheduling and found an 11:45 opening at this location. I booked the appointment and got the confirmation text. My husband drove 45 minutes (we live out of town) to take my daughter to her appointment. When he got there, he was informed that the appointment wasn't on the books. I went in and double checked and the appointment had been deleted, even though I had the confirmation text! I will never shop at this location again and will be contacting corporate. My daughter was in tears over her appointment not being honored. Either it's a problem with the booking system or staff, but Ulta needs to remedy this.
