This place is trash do not goto this TA unless your a trucker, bad neighborhood, bad people, armed guards, drug addicts everywhere, employee's suck, just all around worst TA I've ever been too

I've been there several times now and have not had a problem there. You will have the occasional person looking for a ride, but no bad people that I could tell. They do have armed security in the premises at night.

Had to crash in there parking lot and woke up to a dozen cops pulling 2 guys out the car next to me at gunpoint granted they never bothered me but it was one hell of a way to wake up

It was a Friday evening when I arrived and was having RV problems it is that bad. If it's day time probably alright but night and weekend do not go here

Unless the area has changed this drastically since the time I was there. My experience was nothing close too that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a shower, also got pin-point directions.

I don't think it's that way my experience was a whole lot better than yours . everyone was helpful I didn't see any drug addicts or bad element. But then again maybe it was the time of day I went.
