Twice this post office decides not to deliver my mail. The first time was due to weather so was understandable. However this time it seems they have LOST my TAX documents. I have informed delivery, and the mail that should have been delivered, was said to be delivered, but was not delivered. They said "we delivered all mail that we have for you". Well obviously not. I just moved to Sumas in November, this post office is making me want to move.

I showed up 5 minutes before closing time, with many questions and an open box to ship. The fellow that helped me was courteous, efficient, and knew his business. I Would recommend them to anyone.

It’s Christmas Eve, and my wife is bawling her eyes out. In November we ordered a bouncy house for our three special needs kids. We’ve been tracking it, and checking the mailbox waiting for it to arrive. Amazon said it was delivered, but it wasn’t there. Today we found out from Amazon that the post office refused delivery on December 13th. We literally have no presents for the kids, that was the one big thing for them. Now we have to make a last-minute Walmart run just so we have something to put under the tree. If they had just told us, we could have made other arrangements. The box wasn’t especially big, certainly not as big as other packages we’ve had delivered there. We’re really upset. They’ve ruined Christmas for our kids.
