Specifically want to give a shout out to She-She, she worked with me on everything and was friendly and made my experience Fun, Ayla, manager-aweso e saleswoman!! And Mailee was super sweet as well! Thank you ladies and keep up the EXCELLENT SERVICE!! T-Mobile... Give these ladies their necessary props!!!!

Maelee and Uriah are THE BEST. I'm pretty unhappy with T-Mobile altogether, but these ladies helped me when literally nobody else in the company either could or would. Mad props to their willingness to get this puzzle figured out. Thank you so so much!!!

They DO NOT value there customers!! The whole lobby was full and only one employee on the floor and the whole time there was another employee sitting in the back room that would not help serve the customers.... I tried paying my bill online that also doesn't work so the only other resort you have is coming to their actual location and this is the kind of service you get... she then proceeded to tell other customers that continued to walk through the door that it's going to be a long wait and you should make an "appointment" to pay your phone bill!!?
