I would have to say -100 Stars. ²×I have never had a problem with this place however tonight I called to ask about Some pricing and to talk to someone about a room and spoke to this older gentleman who was extremely rude. I kept asking his name but every time I did he wouldn't tell me because I wanted to get his name so I can possibly talk to a higher up and report him or how rude he was to me then he started to hang up on it every time I called back it would just hang up on me every time this is very rude and very unprofessional behavior especially when you choose to work in customer service hopefully somebody will do something about this I will be telling the manager first thing about his behavior with me. Do I suggest if your gonna call about info with the rooms such as crisis I suggest calling during the day when this gentleman does not work.

Is jacuzzi pool was very nice however the room they put us in needs to be upgraded badly they have been remodeled the hotel so I don't understand the room they put me in was not remodeled and I used to live there for a couple of years so I know better

The jets in the hot tub made the experience 👌. Used a little body wash an BAM Instant bubbles. Me an my child's father enjoyed our night. Will be returning soon.
