As long as they aren't icy and full of snow it's typically fine. In all technicalities the park is closed but you can still gain access. Like I said as long as it's not icy or covered in a foot plus of snow you're good
At this time of year The Gorge Trail is closed for winter
The Gorge Trail (main trail in gorge by falls) is closed for the winter and will remain closed. Other trails are open, but may require use of microspikes or other traction devices, as the last time I was there there was a thick sheet of ice.
