They DO actually! At the top parking area they have a restaurant where you can buy wine slushies and beer; but you can't leave the interior of the restaurant/gift shop (signs were posted saying such).

There is a cafe inside the park , right by the entrance through gift shop They sell frozen drinks , they should have beer . If not , there is a nice bar 2 min walk from the entrance you can get local beers there .
