Call the park and every other place you wish to visit,, eat,, or stayy directly. I have learned the hard way to call the places directly. Even state websites can not have correct information posted.
Unfortunately, the trail closes early November and opens again in May.
Check the park website to be sure.

Like Kimberly Sadat said the park is open year round. Just in the winter months the trails may be slippery.
Park is open year round dawn to dusk.
