As many others said, the middle trail through the gorge is 1.5 miles each way. If you get to the other side and don't want to walk back 1.5 miles I believe there is a shuttle service for a few bucks. There are trails on either side of the middle trail that are not as many physical stone steps, but still incline and decline. Also the outer trails are not a scenic in my opinion, they're more woodsy. There is a cemetery there as well off of one of the side trails... I believe it's near lovers lane.
The main trail through the ravine is roughly 1.5 miles and has a lot of stairs which either go up or down depending on the direction. There are nature trails on either side of the ravine which either incline or decline, but no where near as many stairs.
Gorge trails and rim trails aren't much more than 3-4 miles round-trip. There's multiple splits in all trails that allow you to skip portions or double back
Hard to walk for senior citizens
There are many different lengths you can take in loops.
There are multiple trails. But there is one main one that runs along the glen. That main one is about a mile and a half long so 3 miles all the way in and all the way out. The other trails tend to go up the hills and overlook the glen.
Multiple trails.
We took the Gorge trail while visiting the bus drove us all the way to the top, then we hiked your way down. Since we came on a tour bus the bus picked us up at the main entrance. Going down its easier on the knees, not that many stairs going up. 0)
Multiple trails total 3 miles for all.
