If I have booked 3 rooms for a family reunion in july2019 from the 11th until the 14th, and want to leave Monday morning, would I then have to book it until the 15th? Or is the 14th in luded.

You would book until I the day you want to leave. So if you want to leave on Monday, then book until the 15th. Checkout is usually 11:00,
