Staff was accommodating. Entryway area looked nice. That’s where it stopped. We had to switch rooms because the carpet was damp and smelled of mildew. Killed two spiders as we came into that first room, too. Second room smelled less. Between the two rooms and the rest of the hotel, there were many obvious “patch jobs” to include glue placed over cracks in porcelain and simple spackling to cover holes.

The hotel staff was helpful and welcoming. The hotel welcomed pets. Breakfast was on time, but the dining area was not cleaned immediately between guest. The carpet could afford a deep cleaning, there was a hint of the smell of animals.

Checkin was smooth and easy. Room furnitures are outdated but did not bother our comfort or stay. Air conditioner worked great. 💪 bathroom was vlean and big. The breakfast was excellent! Coffee was phenomenal. Staff is super smiley and nice. Thank you for the comfortable and safe stay!

*PET (cat) OWNER* The hotel is nice, you get what you pay for. It’s in a good area, close to Target if you need groceries during your road-trip, as well as many restaurants around the area to grab any meal. The hotel itself is okay. The shower worked fine and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good (6:30-9:30am), parking is all around the hotel building, I was able to park right in front of my room which was nice to see it from my window. My cat felt very comfortable here, liked to explore and slept soundly. I brought my own portable litter box and little disposable bowls for food. Was very pleased with the pet friendly services. $20 non-refundable pet fee, which is totally reasonable.
