Booked a suite room but only got a full bedroom and want to charge me same price. Found hairs in bed and trash in sofa. Shampoo and conditioner are totally empty. One of the worse hotel experienced.

My husband travels for his job and has been staying here for 3 weeks now. I recently went and stayed a couple of nights here with my husband and my stay WAS WONDERFUL!! The hotel is very nice inside and out! The rooms were very nice. Great variety of stuff for breakfast. There was an Outside patio that had 2 large grills. But the best part of my stay here was the staff! Stayle WAS AMAZING! Anything that i needed or any questions i had whether it be about the hotel or the best place to get a pedicure! And it wasn't fake either! For once, i was at a hotel where i DID NOT dreaded going down to the front desk! And the awesomeness of the staff carried over to the next shift with Lewii! I am sad that i only got to stay a couple of days but i would like to thank Stayle and her staff for making those couple of days AWESOME!!!

You would book until I the day you want to leave. So if you want to leave on Monday, then book until the 15th. Checkout is usually 11:00,
Regular pillows but good ones ans clean. Have extras too.
Yes there are, I believe 3 stations. Though non EVs sometimes/often park there. You just need to bring it up with the front desk staff, who I must say are terrific!
