The staff was great. Polite, very courteous, and pleasantly welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities i needed for my stay. I will definitely refer to everyone. Thank you.

Room had stains on the curtains (wine or blood), no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in one bathroom, low in the other. One cleaning tab for dishwasher and dishes needed to be cleaned when we arrived. TV remotes were filthy. Floors were sticky. Breakfast buffet was below average-not stocked well for a busy U of Dayton weekend. Below average and dissatisfied.

I've stayed at the RI Dayton Vandalia twice for work and have enjoyed both trips! Good location, easy to I-75 and Downtown, ample dining and convenience options on "Restaurant Row". Staff are friendly and the rooms are in great shape! Ample COVID precautions were evident and I felt safe during the stay. The only thing missing was a hot tub.
