What is the "obstruction" in the left and right balcony seats? Just a low wall and handrail? Can you see well enough around/over it?

These seats are on the sides of the balcony. They are comfortable and angled toward the stage, but you will be looking off to one side (or the other) Some people prefer to look straight onto the stage and that is why these are considered obstructed view. There are no pillars or objects in the way. There is a small railing.

I saw Little Shop of Horrors in the right balcony, the view was amazing as well as the show, great experience!
