How much is the delivery charge I live less than a mile from the store also can I pay for the food with my EBT card and the delivery charge with credit card/cash?

I just called corporate to ask about EBT, and ARIZONA is the only state at this time that will take EBT for delivery. They don't know when other states will be able to do so. :o(
