There is a parking garage behind/beneath the museum. There is also free parking next to the building, though it is usually full.

We went and parked right in front of the meusem because we were vips . [§¤§· so if you are not a VIP, park right next to the museum!
We parked on the street right next to the museum. Get there early is the key.
Parking for FI is located at 271 N. 21st. It fills up quickly,( $9+) they usually have an attendant from 9a-5p that can direct you to local parking.
The Franklin Institute has parking but not many spaces.
Park at the museum, very convenient and easy access in and out. Enjoy the experience! We always do!

We took the train in to Suburban Station. It was a short walk to FI. Highly recommend.
There's a parking lot under the museum but we couldn't find the entrance! Found street parking, meter cost 25 cents per 10 minutes. Not bad compared to what parking lots charge. Save yourself the aggravation and Uber.
