Employees do not know the basics of shoes and the customer service is weak! They give you the shoe and walk away despite the store not being busy as if they aren’t there to work

Went to the wrong store for a pair of shoes I had another store reserve. Staff made sure it was not an overlook. Also checked their inventory to make certain. This wasn't the location. They searched and didn't see any in a nearby store. BUT the associates called the Kids foot locker a few blocks away and found out that's the location. They directed me and I got my sneakers.,.. GREAT helpful staff
