I am new to Vermont and I brought my daughter there to get glasses. Let me be clear, the doctor next to this location was awesome as was their staff. LensCrafters is not. The lady waiting on me made me think I had bad insurance and stated they would only cover 47.00. My bill was over 400. When I got home I logged in and seen they were out of network. I notified the corporate office and they said to call that office. I called and the same lady answered and I told her I wanted it cancelled. She said ok. I do have the email telling me to call her and since it was the same day no problem at all. Yesterday I get a text stating glasses are ready. I checked my card and they did not remove the charge. This is not acceptable. I have made a complaint to the BBB as well. I will continued to contact review agencies and their corporate office until this is resolved. Bottom line do not go there. They charge almost triple as anywhere else and they will not tell you that they are not in network. I went to Cosco and without using my insurance I got me two pairs and my daughter 1 for less than LensCrafters cost for one pair. Now I can use my insurance to get my daughters contact lenses. Oh and those glasses were ready same day as the ones I did not want at LensCrafters. Costco took one week and LensCrafters took almost three weeks.

Still waiting on a person to fix the issue. Haven't heard from anyone about it since I sent this review, in which they stated that they were going to reach out to me and contact me in persin and try to resolve this issue. Save yourself time and money by going to another distributor of your favorite eyewear. This company does not care about you or your need to have proper service. After spending thousands of dollars with this company, I realize that you are just another number and if any issues arise they do not want to handle it or speake to you about it which is why you cannot reach anyone on the main company webpage. Fill out a form and send it in and wait 5 days then recieve an email stating that a representative will be in touch, which they won't.

Short staffed, but the wait is well worth it!! Great staff and large selection of glasses.

Hello Pam, We do accept VSP as an out-of-network benefit. Please contact us directly for more details! Best regards!
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
It's a good question. If you have any level of insurance it's free. I have really crappy coverage and I had extra tests run which this guy is good at and he let me know the entire time. All in with extra tests: $60.00. Dunno if you re good with that.
