Santiago was a gentlemen to work with. He fulfilled every commitment he made from looking at the job, preparing a quote, and performing the work. He and his team did high quality work in a tricky flashing repair around my chimney. The end product not only performs right, but it looks great. Professional job all around. I will definitely call JSS again for my next roof project.

JSS was great to work with . . .on time and on budget. Could not have been nicer!

They did a great job on repairing the roof, are very fast, and very friendly. Also did extra repair for no charge. Awesome company and would recommend it.

Working with Santiago and his crew was a pleasure . His pricing was very fair and he was great about communicating about details . He was able to provide clear pictures about needing some plywood repairs before proceeding . Even with that extra repair work he was more than fair in the added expense . We were also pleased that they were able to replace the skylight . They were one of the only roofing companies that was willing to both roof and skylight . His crew was amazing, working extremely hard on such a hot day and finishing completely and doing a great clean up after all in one day . We are very pleased and would highly recommend them .

A leaking roof is a bad thing. However, it doesn’t necessarily warrant a complete roof replacement. How much repair and work needs to be done on your roof depends on the level of damage caused by leaking. Talking to a professional is the best way to know whether only minor repair OR a full roof replacement is necessary. There are many problems that can lead to roof leaking, which is why it’s important to inspect your roof periodically and check for common warning signs. You can perform this inspection yourself, but it is a good idea to hire a professional at least once a year to check for any serious roof problems.
20 years. That is the life expectancy of the average roof system The life span of a roof system is determine by a number of factors, like: roof system design, building structure, material quality, material suitability, proper installation, periodic maintenance, local climate, and much more. Material quality is especially important because some roof system types such as clay tile, slate and (certain) metal can last longer. When choosing the materials for a new roof (or when hiring a professional, make sure to check the warranties on the materials. Most roofing manufacturers offer warranties on their products and you should be wary of any manufacturer that doesn’t.
