Staff very friendly and efficient. Looking for a pharmacy that makes compound medication, this is the place!

Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! I called to pay for a prescription, which they confirmed they have, and they already gave me a price for but said they need to call me back later, with no logical explanation as to why I can’t just pay for my prescription and have it shipped. When I asked when I would receive a call back, they said they can’t provide me an time in which they’ll do so. The woman I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and place me on hold 5 different times, only to come back each time and say they would have to give me a call back. Terrible experience.

I have always had a good experience when they were in Hialeah, they also did very good service, they told me when I was there and I would pick him up without any setback. They have always been drugs that the primary doctor has to order But everything has been very efficiently. Thanks

I don't quite understand the question...... But universal compounding pharmacy fills some of my prescriptions. I have never seen a pharmacy as clean as this place you can eat off the floors.although since it's pandemic they won't allow us to go inside we have to call and they bring our medicine outside or we drop our prescriptions off outside..

My wife has been diagnosed with Calcific Band Keratopathy (right eye) and she will soon receive an Rx for a chelating agent EDTA (eye drops).EDTA is no longer commercialy available at the drugstores. Do you compound this type of drug ?

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your wife's condition. We do compound EDTA 3% Eye Drops in a dropper bottle. Other strengths are available as well. Your practitioner may determine which is best and if they feel it is the right medication for her condition. All of our compounded medications will require a doctor's prescription. Hope she improves quickly.
