Website says the item ships in "4 to 5 Business Days" That is a lie. I ordered mine over two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. When I complained to the company about it, they told me I was wrong, and that their website said the estimated ship date was 10 business days. Here is what the website still says: FREE SHIPPING Ships in 4 To 5 Business Days

Ordered a power trimmer. Phone person was quite pleasant to deal with. Unit that I originally requested was not available for several weeks, they offered a comparable unit with a Briggs motor for sale price. Am quite anxious to receive unit and begin fall clean up.
