Depending where you choose to watch. Most people at night launches like the one coming up prefer parking on the side of the road and getting as close to spacex launch site. So that would be tough. If it's a day launch then yes. Just go to the Cape

The parking lot is grass but you can see the launch from the car if you get a good spot. There is a road separating the lot and the viewing, if you get dropped off, there is a concrete slab in the middle of the grass viewing area you may be able to access and get a good view.
