No reservation is necessary but you should try to get there early since the Artemis launch will attract a lot of viewers.
We watched a launch there yesterday and the porto poties were very clean and smelled good ;) a great viewing spot
No need for a reservation but the gentleman that normally directs traffic there said to be there plenty early for the launch since it's supposed to draw so many people.
There is a portapotty on site but not the cleanest - no reservation needed but take drinks and snakes and watch out there are fire ants
