As dishonest as they come. Do not trust the management. Shoe-string operation. The other comments online regarding the campground (not a resort) were correct, I should have listened. Carpe Diem & go elsewhere, and Caveat emptor.

Total garbage. Unleashed dogs running around. Dogs barking ALL hours of the night. I am up right now at 2:24 am because a drunk has his dog outside and it's a yapper.Listen to attached video and hear for yourself. This person lives here year round.

Stay away from this place!! The 'Manager' Mike, he brags that being high 24/7 is how he rules this place. I'm good with Med cards and all that, but he is crazy. And NOT in a good way. Not a safe environment for children. The horror I experienced there, was inexcusable. Next, the BBB.

Thay have yearly rentals but this time of the year they might be all booked up. Call them and if there is no sights have them put you on a weighting list.

I was there a few weeks ago and saw one or two open lots but it's best that you call their leasing office

Yes you can be a long term tenant
I believe 650 including utilities, 550 if you pay your own.
$550.00 if you pay electric.
No yearly rates. Just daily, weekly &monthly. Its 1st come, 1st serve.
Within a mile there are a few small restaurants.
