Lived there as a kid in the 70s, great memories! But that’s where the great memories end. The present owner of the trailer park is a crook and a liar. If someone goes away and leaves their trailer there for a few months he will pull the trailer out and put somebody else’s trailer in their spot and charge double rent for the spot. And he doesn’t inform the owner of the first trailer that he moved his property. I know of a dozen crooked deals that he’s been involved in, and he won’t stop. He filled the playground up with trailers to get some extra lot rent, and encourages fights and violence between tenants. The place looks like a junkyard. It’s a shame. And the owner is a waste of oxygen.

Most of the homes here are a 1 year lease. Any availability now, I'm not sure. The manager of the park is here Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday evenings if you want to talk to him. His name is Ron.
So are there any sites available for November 16 2018 for your maximum length of stay ? If so can I reserve one I will pay the first 2 months up front to reserve a spot !!!!
I'm sure you can but the condition of the trailers should be considered. There are 4 other trailer parks leading up N. Atlantic just before this trailer park. Great town though!
My visit was an attempt to locate at this trailer park.i was told there was nothing available, that they were in the process on renovating a few trailers for rent but the going was slow
The sign has a phone ## on it and also the managers office is across the pool and laundry facilities

Yes they have a few empty some aer fix up .
Yes actually, a lot of people were trying to travel during the winter months out because most of the time it is cheaper to travel during those months.
