I am looking to head to this spot tomorrow. Are the previous comment of road closures going to be a problem? Would two hours prior be suffice to get a spot for parking? Thanks in advance

There's plenty of parking at that time. You'll enjoy it!

When my father and I went to watch the Falcon Heavy launch earlier this year we arrived here a little over 2 and half hours early and there was still a good amount of parking left along with space to set up an watch the liftoff

Two hours prior should be good. However, because of the time of the launch window the parking lots that are normally used won't be available, only parking in the grass.

Thanks for everyone's answers. Just watched the launch and there was loads of parking! You have been an excellent help all.
