None of the other answers are correct. For starters, 401 is now heavily restricted, and only a small lot is available for parking; once that fills up, people will be turned away. Falcon Heavy launches are extremely popular, and many people are coming in from out of town to attend, especially as this is the first night launch (referring to the launch on 24 June 2019 at 11:30 pm). You would do well to get to whatever viewing location you choose as early as possible. Do note that there are no amenities at 401: bring water, bug spray, and a smartphone to keep up with launch updates via social media. As a backup, if 401 is full or unavailable, consider Jetty Park, Cherie Down Park, or one of the many spots on US 1 in Titusville that offer a coastal view. Good luck with your launch viewing journey!
10 minutes prior. Mostly due to the chances of delays. Especially with THIS specific launch. Don't listen to David Hammond. It's a night launch. You will be parking on the side of the road. Would you like to sit in your car 2 to 3 hours. Because you won't like the mosquitoes sitting outside
No more than 2 hours before.
Seeing it's on a weekday, probably 10 is probably more than fine.
