You have to sign up for boarding time when you complete you online paperwork/check-in. It is first come first serve, earliest is usually about 10:00-10:30, but boarding times go through into afternoon. Staterooms usually aren't ready till afternoon as well.
You pick a time when you do all of your on line registration/check in. As early as 10:30 or as late as 2pm if i remember correctly 😊
You pick your time once it is available to do all your registering online. You can get there a early as 10am I think and as late as 3:30pm. Best time is between 11-12 if it's available. You can then go to the restaurants for some lunch while your room is getting ready

Boarding generally begins at 11::00. After B2B and concierge. We have boarded as early as 10:30 and as late as 1:00.
We normally get picked up at our Disney Hotel between 10-11am and taken to the port. The ship is usually busy by then so I would think mid morning they would start boarding. They might give you an actual time to board.
We registered for 1215 and was on board within an hour.
