We launched a 35ft pontoon boat with no problems. There are actually 4 large ramps with long docks between. The public parking area is huge and designed for trucks and trailers. There is even a convenience store for ice and cold drinks.

Very busy ...get there as Early as you can ... when fishingπ£,, we get there 5:00am
Fishing is permitted, just NOT from the actual dock.
I see lots of trailers there. I don't see why not. Look in youtube fot videos of people there. May find your answer
Not in the regular lot. You may want to check on the Overflow lot though. They are building the new cruise terminal next door, so a large portion of the regular lot is fenced off for construction equipment. Contact Port Security, they will be able to answer.
I doubt it. If you do be prepared to meet some of Canaverals finest, just in case. No open containers or roaches.. lol
Not so much if you go through the port but more spots if you go in the river. Check out the boat ramp on 520 near Cocoa Village. There are some islands to the south of there and the water has been very clean lately unlike the banana river in Cocoa Beach. Sebastian inlet is another best spot with lots of islands.
