Worst service, I reserved a mid size SUv and wanted me to use a smaller car. So the baggage do not fit. So they pretended me to leave the luggage and use the car. Had to wait 2 hrs for a little decent car size ( similar to the one I reserved ). They explained that for they the Outlander sport is similar to an Mid Size SUv, but I think in their head, since that small car do not fit more than 2 bags. As finally given another car, the same came dirty, not cleaned inside, has an issue with the keyless entry system and when brake the car bumps. Not recommend such location for rent. for 1000% use Alamo.

Awesome service at Port Canaveral! We had an issue with the car we were given at first, the air conditioning wasn’t working well, the USB ports that we needed to charge our phones to keep our maps working we’re not compatible with our phones, it was only USB-C. When the agent realized this, she apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded our vehicle which made our drive to Fort Lauderdale then later back to Orlando much more comfortable for our family. Loved the Buick Enclave! Thank you so much!!

If I could give it no stars - I would. Be careful when booking at this location. Their online system doesn't recognize PORT CANAVERAL vs Cape Canaveral. About a dozen of us who had thought we booked PORT CANAVERAL (as we had an overnight stay there on our cruise) had actually booked Cape Canaveral. We were told by the staff that the system doesn't recognize the difference between the two locations. They honoured all of our bookings, but be forewarned. The biggest issue I have is with the car we received. It was in an absolute horrid state. The rear of the car had obviously been in an accident. It was so bashed up that I was surprised it was given to us to drive. It was filthy inside. The floor was littered with used Snickers candy bar wrappers, used tissues, and an empty water bottle. It was covered in a layer of dust and smelled disgusting. I had to disinfect the entire thing myself for fear of getting COVID or some kind of fleas! At one point while we were driving, I tried to use the windshield wipers and (surprise surprise) there was NO windshield wiper fluid! Not a single drop! I told the reps in the office about the state of the car and how dirty it was, and they said that's all they have. That was totally unacceptable. Especially when COVID is still heavily active in the US. There are signs on the door to the office asking for people to kindly consider wearing masks and to social distance and the 2 staff members weren't even doing that. The shuttle bus driver that took us to the office from the cruise port didn't stop yammering on about how at 2:30 he was done for the day so if you needed anything beyond that you were on your own. I don't care what time he gets off work. I don't need to hear him tell it to me 23 different ways and repeatedly for the 5 mile journey. When we handed the car back, I mentioned all the issues to the lady behind the desk - including the lack of wiper fluid - and I just got a blank stare and no response back. This location has the most shambolic service. The state of their cars is not worth the money. I will never book another car through Budget again - and definitely not at that location.

Yed, they have a shuttle, but I would not recommend you use Budget at PortCanaveral. When I used them earlier this year, we waited more than an hour for their shutte to pick is up. We attempted to call, but was never successful in making contact with that facility. Once we finally got to the place, we waited in line for another hour to get a car. TRUST ME, USE SOMEONE ELSE.
Insurance if you want, toll pass, taxes and I had to pay a $400 deposit

There is no specific pick up location for each company. Just follow the signs that say rental cars then you sit and wait for the budget van to come.

Hi. There is a shuttle in the car rentals to the port and vice versa. Zero stress! And they do not charge anything ... it is up to the discretion to give the driver a tip.
Im fairly sure that they do what they call a deadhead or one way lease. Most likely you will have to pay an additional fee
I used budget they gave me a good price. And they offered a shuttle to port Canaveral at no extra charge
Yes. We found it was the cheapest method of transportation to do separate one way rentals to and from Port Canaveral to and from Orlando International.
Also, watch your credit card statement!! I have rented from them a few times. They charged me for use of the epass $ 24.00. When i didn't use it. Then another time after I returned the car on time, i checked my statement again. This time I was charged $50 plus $14.99 per gallon for gas because "they said " the car was repoed. I returned it full and on time. They refunded their errors but, happened twice.
Yes there are shuttles both ways, but I highly recommend you use someone else. On our return, we saw 2-3 shuttles come and go before Budget finally showed up. Then we waited in line an hour at the store before we got our car.
We had a long wait for the shuttle. Were you headed to the cruiseport? They dropped several loads of people off and went back empty. Claimed it was too congested to bring more people over.
Recently rented a compact car from budget port Canaveral and dropped it off at Orlando international airport. Shuttle from port Canaveral to budget was $10.
