The safety drill is at 4pm. It's about 30 mins long. Ship leaves port about 4:45-5pm
It really depends, I went on the cruise about a year ago, and I wouldn't know off the top of my head when I left. It didn't really matter for me although, because I just got there early and I went from there
We went in the Disney Dream this past weekend. It left port about 4 PM.
Their schedule varies depending on the cruise/port/ship. You'd just have to look that up on their website.
