My cat had kittens under the house and had her kittens hid in the insulation. When she finally brought the kittens out after a few weeks, they had enlarged, infected eyes. I don’t know what to do. I can’t afford a vet. Help please.

If you take them to a shelter take then to the one in Myrtle Beach. The one here in Conway is a high kill shelter. You have to tell them you found them in Myrtle Beach though

You can try water, but it would be in the best efforts to call around to fine a vet that would work with you. Best of luck.

You can always surrender the kittens to a shelter for treatment if you are unable to pay for their medical care. If you don't want to surrender the kittens, contact your vet, let them know what is going on and maybe they will work with you on the bill.
