We signed up with this company 5 weeks ago. This morning was the 2nd time they didn't pick up our garbage but picked up the neighbors across the street. I paid in full for a year also!!! So I pay for the service, they come when they want and then you cant get anyone on the phone when they don't come out. Not a great experience so far to say the least.

We live in a small community where we pay for our entire neighborhood trash through our HOA and today every single house except for our trash was picked up. I called to ask why it was not taken and I was told they would come back out to pick it up as my trash was completely full. They did not show up and I feel that they do not value their customers or believe in righting their wrongs in a timely manner as I saw numerous trash trucks out near our neighborhood and not one of them swung by to pick up the trash that should have been picked up this morning. Very disappointed.

Imma give 4, because I know their short on help. We all have to be understanding and pray for each other for we're all battling some type of fight,we're all on the same team and need some understanding.

This company has the worst customer service and they never answer their phones. Sometimes they would skip pick up day without notice or resolution. I would not recommend anyone using this service for trash pick up. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered. Will be canceling my services as soon as I can get someone on the phone.
