The best way to view an offense report is to go to the police agency that took the report. Ask them for a copy of the report. They are considered public knowledge. That way you have a copy of it. You will need the report number to make things much easier on yourself. If you do not have the report number, the date and location should help them find it, but they may tell you without the report number they can't help you. They are not required to give it to you, so the report number is very important. I do not believe the clerk of courts will have reports for you to review at all.
