My neighbor threaten me and my dogs with a machete stating that "if" I didn't stop him from barking that he would end my life and my dogs life!" My dog was barking because this nut was outside yelling and pounding the weapon on his railing. I look at what's going on in our nation and realize there are some crazy people out here. Their slow moving pace gives me the feeling that they don't really care. I bet if the shoe was on the other foot... Update: I received a letter stating that there was "insufficient evidence to pursue any charges" in the mail. Translation: They could care less about what this nut case could do. Don't waste your time with them.

Today i went as a victim of years of domestic violence . My ex was being charged with 5 felony charges . He broke in my house that he no longer lived in for over 8 months none of his stuff there . He kicked in my door 911 call on evidence as well as all pictures and statements. He walked today after this being his 3rd domestic just against me . They don't want to help until my family is crying outside the court house in purple shirts with my picture on them that reads Rip.. Franklin county you would think you would have helped .. in this case it was open n shut ..

Unfortunately not much. Most of these scams are linked back to other countries where local authorities do not have any jurisdiction. The best advice is do not deal with anyone you do not know or trust unless there is a protection in place. There are many different money apps like PayPal and Venmo that have protections in place for the purchase of goods. Just be sure to use it as a purchase of goods and not as a gift. Most times these scams are situations that just either seem too good to be true or just don't seem right. If it seems too good to be true...it probably is! If it just doesn't seem right, trust your gut! Good luck!
I'm not sure what you are asking? Can you be more specific?
The best way to view an offense report is to go to the police agency that took the report. Ask them for a copy of the report. They are considered public knowledge. That way you have a copy of it. You will need the report number to make things much easier on yourself. If you do not have the report number, the date and location should help them find it, but they may tell you without the report number they can't help you. They are not required to give it to you, so the report number is very important. I do not believe the clerk of courts will have reports for you to review at all.
One haven't been assigned to it yet
Go down to your courthouse and file for eviction of person that stays with you period
I'm dealing with same in Mount Vernon, Knox Co. believing a convicted convict over a child. Sick Masonic dirty system. Sorry for your issues, blessings
