My water bill is over $300 for a family of 3 including a baby. This is ridiculous. Carie M is so rude and unprofessional. If I would've known that I would have to deal with this before I purchased my house, I would have never bought it. Something needs to be done.

They say they are open but when I got down here, I was told that there closed to the public and you have to use the drop box outside.

Called and set up an appointment, the gentleman showed up on time and we got right to the issue. He even helped me locate the sump pump. Fantastic experience

3 things: 1)Director Stephen Renner was the key individual to get water to Leonard Park 2)When I had a water pressure issue, they responded in a few hours and rectified the issue without any personal interaction with me. 3)We had a sewer backup on our street 2 weeks ago. The most affected resident was a man in the last days of his life. I reported the issue and the team was here in less than hour and spent the balance of the afternoon correcting the issue and making sure all was ok! This staff is the best!
