Been calling and left voicemail and haven't got a call back yet and uncle can't even get his money from them and he on his last days of living . Just so terrible and so inconvenient .when trying get stuff in order Noone calls back or answer and can't even get your funds from them

Given a visa debit card but can't check balance. Only phone and extension on card is the account supervisor who say call account manager who repeatedly say i can check myself but when attempting call is transferred ext 210 to no avail in other words dishonest Has been stuck with debit card but still can not check balance and only number on back of card is account manager supervisor phone number and extension but not card company in order to check bottom line still denied honest answer concerning this card

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Would give it NO stars if I could. Watch you loved ones money because "funny" things happen with it. Very mysterious. Also staff is snarky and unfriendly and act as though you are putting them out to do their job. Just terrible!

I like so i have never picked up checks there all i was doing taking people up there to pick their checks. Usually I will take them up around noon or 1: 00
