I have been dealing with this place since the last week of June 2022 just to get back the personal belongings of my son. Not only did they steal or allow everything to be stolen, they have yet to give me answers, return calls and when I do talk to anyone, they blatantly lie, I was told in early July they would resolve this. This happened in the Chillicothe facility, but this facility is the corporate office and as of to date, nobody answers. These places should lose funding as they do not provide services to the clients that they are supposed to and staff are corrupt and have continually lied to me. I will not stop until I get answers.

Terrible is all I can say. This program should be exposed for what it really is. There is mold in the bathrooms and the place is crawling with roaches. Programing is seriously lacking. Staff is always in a "meeting " and don't return your calls. You are not permitted to show up to speak to someone either. They lost every single bit of clothing, luggage etc that my son had. And, they are losing clients money all the time. It needs to be shut down.

Worked with recycled clothing.Staff very helpful to the volunteers.. Made sure we had water and a snack.! Enjoyed the experience and grateful for the opportunity to help them deal with the donated clothes
