Awful customer service spent a total of 20-25hrs on hold over the past month or so and can’t get anyone to even answer the phone and when someone finally does answer they hang up on me 2 minutes into the call every time. Extremely frustrating when I need very important information. 😡😡

Customer service is horrible & they made mistakes then want me to fix it!!

Its pretty much a hour hold time everytime you call. Keep calling back or vist the website to see if can answer your questions.
I called again & now its "too busy". I do not understands how an interview was set up with the time & date but NO ONE answers you anyways!!. I just need to know what do i do now? Keep calling to get another interview or just go ahead & reapply(which I shouldn't have too due to the fact I was on hold for ALMOST 3 HOURS the day of my interview!)
Keep calling them. If you're wearing a mask I don't know why you can't go in and have your items scanned in like before. And apply for everything. You might get some food stamps too.
They are playing with you, like they did me. They care nothing about you, me or those trying to make a living. They think they are better than us. Best thing to do is go to the agency and talk to your case worker about your situation, in person. I dont like to go there and you wont either. I have no choice l need my food stamps again. But I'll go there and wait for an hour then I'm leaving and I'm done with them.
Can I take pic of my lease and utility bills and send it to u by phone?
Salvation Army has their clothes coats and boot Drive coming up I believe at this this weekend
That is correct, best time to arrive is around 3-5 PM (not exactly at 5 PM, that is when this location closes), in order to be seen quickly. During the morning hours, the wait can be 1.5 hour, on average. Plan accordingly.
I would call up there or if you have a case open with them then you can create a account on the portal. There you can message them with questions and view your health benefit.
Yes they scan for you of they are open. Bit with the Covid I would try to get copies done some where else.
Call to schedule an appointment
Government offices are not open on President's day.
Yes
Possibly, depending on the amount. More important to understand is that Medicare (different insurance) starts the second year after receiving SSDI but comes with a premium cost. Nonetheless Medicaid offers a plan that pays the monthly premium cost if you're qualified. Worth checking out.
Never drop stuff off unless you watch them scan it in I agree. I have been dealing with them for years. If you have it scanned and get a receipt they have up to a week but normally it's a few days. Just all depends on which one you go to and how you turn in paperwork. P.s. if you see a caseworker when you drop it off It c as n be instant.
Customers can now now have their verifications scanned at any JFS in the state, regardless of where their case is located.
Last paystubs. You can also do an app online
Youll have to learn the good places though cause some only give like 1 paper bag some of which the stuff in it has expired .and thats for 4 kids
Go in 7 or 730am or 4 or 430pm. They seem to take their jobs seriously those hours.
As the other local guides have stated, this location does not provide any replacements for documents, you will just have to patiently wait in the mail. P.S. Don't expect calls either. A better option would be to go to this location during 3-5 PM (quicker service), to submit paperwork or check on documents that have not arrived in the mail yet.
This location's building is across the BP oil plant, while adjacent to Restaurant Depot. Hope that assists.
