As the other local guides have stated, this location does not provide any replacements for documents, you will just have to patiently wait in the mail. P.S. Don't expect calls either. A better option would be to go to this location during 3-5 PM (quicker service), to submit paperwork or check on documents that have not arrived in the mail yet.

Yep, you have to wait. Cross your fingers you get it through the mail & somehow it doesn't get lost or stolen that way too. You never just go in and get a replacement anything there.

You can't pick up anything from them you have to wait on everything through the mail and don't hold your breath waiting for a phone call they never call you
