Found an injured bird Sunday night after a heavy rain storm so I put it in an open box thing it would fly away the next day it didnt and has not move from the spot what would I do

Thank you for caring about the bird! Please bring the bird to the Wild Bird Fund who can check out the animal and help it. They open at 8am. Put the bird into a box or container that you can close (make sure there are openings so the bird can breathe).
