I found a fletching that has been in my backyard for days and the nest is high up in a tree in the neighbors backyard. I checked on thursday and the bird is still here and its tuesday. It also seems to be blind.

The only thing I can suggest is try to work with your neighbor to get it out of the tree and take it to the wild bird fund
