They have expensive valet parking. I highly recommend avoiding bringing cars to DC under any circumstances.
I arrived by hire car, unloading at the hotel front entrance (where valet parking is). The public car park us underground, under the hotel, but I returned the hire car and used metro and uber from then on. Public transport in DC is good, and for bespoke journeys, eScooters, taxis etc are in abundance. Many locals seem to park at outfield Metro stations and ride in.
Don't drive into DC. The traffic is really bad. Public parking is available nearby, but extremely expensive.
Very expensive parking.... Take the metro and get off at L'enfant plaza. That metro stop is right at the hotel.
