Allura hosts many plant species in the gardens that require more water than local flora. As a result, a waterbug/palmetto bug(looks like a roach) takes interests in the garden time to time during this time of year. Although they are eradicated and not welcome, some may appear time to time alongside moths and from time to time ladybugs as well. Concerning rodents, Allura has full-time rodent stations alongside the perimeter for your convenience, safety, and health that are handled by licensed operators. They are sure to intercept rodents that may be seeking refuge from neighboring construction/development.
I lived there for a year. I saw 1 or 2 small roaches which were taken care of after a spray. I never saw any mice.
